I had a very disappointing experience with this tutoring business. We signed up for a plan with the promise that any unused sessions would be refunded by the end of the year. Despite completing far fewer sessions, I’ve made multiple attempts to follow up via phone and email—no response whatsoever.
Initially, they assured us we could choose preferred tutors, but just a month in, that changed completely. We were told those tutors were no longer available and were given no real options. It felt like we were held hostage to their terms after committing to the plan.
This business appears disorganised and untrustworthy. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for reliable tutoring or transparent service. Very dodgy experience.
