Vitt Heating and Cooling review: Furnace repair

Prompt service and diagnosis. Technician was prompt and communications was good. My problem with them is they would not / would not give me a breakdown between parts and labor on a repair job. They allow the field technician to make up their own pricing. The repair was high based on the part needed and time on site but no one would discuss. I asked for a call back after payment was made and did not receive one. Beware of overpriced repairs!
