Vital Records Online review: Don't be fooled. They are a scam!!!

I ordered a death certificate. Within 30 minutes I found the original and no longer needed it. They pre-charged my account $84. By the time I found a good phone number for them almost an hour had passed. I got them on the phone and they very sweetly said, "I'm so glad you found it and I would be happy to cancel that order for you." It took a couple minutes and that was it. THEN, I received the email stating my order had been cancelled. But then I read it and it said they were only refunding $29 and that $55 was non-refundable. My application from them showed the death cert was only $20, and $17,50 IF I wanted to expedite the order. Then I looked at my bank account and they charged me $84. NOWHERE on their website said there was a $55 charge for anything.
