This agency is a scam. They pretend to be an official business, charge you, collect personal info, but don't send records. I really hope they don't steal identities.

I paid $89 online to get the packet delivered to my home. The packet had an application to review and it asked for a money order of $25 to search the information I requested on the application. Vital records said it would take them 8 to 10 weeks to process and mail me the document I requested. It's a total ripoff! Why do they charge so much for documents they already have? And why does it take so long to receive them? Oh well, I guess I'll just have to wait. Peace out!

I ordered a birth certificate from Vital Records Online on May 25, 2022. When I contacted the State of GA, they told me to contact my bank because Vital Records Online wasn't listed on their website. The GA website had three preferred providers. I cancelled the transaction right away and got an email saying it was cancelled and I would receive my refund in 3-5 business days. The charge cleared my bank on May 26, 2022. I contacted VRO on June 6, 2022. The representative had me going in circles. I understood the problem he was talking about and he said it was my bank's fault because VRO had issued my refund. I told him I felt scammed and that I would report them to the ComplaintsBoard.com. I recommend everyone to go to the state site first. The fee I paid VRO didn't include the fee I had to pay the state. I submitted my complaint to the bank on June 6. The bank asked for more information on June 9. I got a notification on June 10 that my bank had started and resolved my dispute in my favor. Refund on the way.

This company say they gonna deliver certificates real quick, but they don't tell ya that it might take like two whole months to get it done. I want my cash back, a refund of 59.00 would be awesome.

Vital Records USA Online is a total scam. They charge you $49 just to fill out a form that you can easily get from the state. Then, you gotta print the form and send more money to the state for the actual vital record. They kinda mention that there might be extra fees from the state, but they don't really make it clear that the $49 you pay them has nothing to do with the actual record fees. So, be careful with this company 'cause you can do the same research for free that they charge you for. Oh, and they even sent me an email sayin' my application wasn't complete 'cause of payment issues, even though my credit card payment went through just fine. But then, a little while later, they sent me the link to the filled-out form. Can you believe it? What a mess!

I had problems with communication and records not being shared between parties since March (vital records online). I tried to get my son's birth certificate through VRO, and during the email exchanges, VRO sent me other people's PERSONAL INFORMATION AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE INFORMATION! I called and reported the issue, and they told me to contact the Notarizer because they might be responsible for this mistake. I'm worried that my information was also sent to others, just like how their personal information was sent to me. I asked for a full refund of all the services, but they said they couldn't do it at that time. When I reminded the representative about the personal information of others that was sent to my email, the rep said he would email his supervisor to ask about my refund. Then, I was assured that I would get my full refund (for notary and vital records online services) in June X XXXX.

On 03/01/2022, I paid $59.00 to get my daughter's birth certificate through Vital Records Online. They said it would take 8 weeks to process the documents and send me the certificate by mail. After waiting for 8 weeks, I called to check on the status and they told me it would actually take 17 weeks to process. They also said I couldn't get a refund because they had already received my application. It's been almost 28 weeks now and I still haven't received what I paid for. I think this company is a huge scam pretending to offer a service that customers don't really need. People like me who recently moved to the USA are being taken advantage of by this company. $59.00 is a lot of money for an online document. When I followed up with them on 9/20/2022 via email, they told me to contact the department of health and follow up myself. They also said I couldn't request a refund. What's more, they told me to wait 17 weeks, which is 119 days. But their website says you can request a refund within 120 days. If I had to wait 17 weeks to receive it, I wouldn't be eligible for a refund, which goes against what their website says! This is the biggest scam ever! I complained to my bank and the lady there said this company doesn't seem legitimate.

The real government service they pretend to be, VitalChek, says they can get you a birth certificate in 20-25 days for way less money. 'Cause this company lied to me and isn't what they said they were, I asked for my order to be canceled and a full refund. The lady on the phone said she'd do it, but I didn't get any confirmation or refund.
