We prepaid our 200 DUES OF APPROX $4600 to facilitate a week maui vacation on 9-26-23 ton10 -3-23. Due to the Lahaina fires the resort uwas unable to honor our confirmed reservations. As a result we re-booked at cost of another $4,000 for a Kauai trip.
The Vistana Group then involunrarily moved our 2003 and 2004 points to restricted status which reduced our re-booking window frotom 12 months to 60dsys prior to arrival which seriously compromised our rights to use and value of our timeshare.
We have called them 4 times with over 30 minute wait times. 2 chat emails, failure to have supervisor call back and today when transferred the faux supervisor claimed they were with with customer complaint resolution but later admiited they werenoit and refused to transfer us to their supervisor.
Desired outcome: Eliminate restricted use of our points for 2003 and 2004.In addition,they should bank forward our 2003 week into 2004 as its to late inthe year to use our 2003 week. Their action are the equivalency of shamlessly stealingn our money
