On August 15, 2020 I paid in full for a 2 person Spaberry hot tub with a 10-12 week delivery agreement. In October (long before my tub was in line to be assembled and shipped) I contacted them to ask for a refund. They said they have a no refund policy. Even though it is now Jan 18, 2021, and I've still not received the tub, they continue to insist that they will not refund my money. I've contacted the BBB and my credit card co. to dispute this.
I do not recommend this company at all. They do not respond reasonably.
