After I received my order I immediately contacted ViralStyle and asked for a refund. I was not satisfied with the quality and wanted to get my money back. They said that it was possible but first I have to ship everything back and only after that I'll get the money.
I believed them and that was the biggest mistake I've ever made!
I never heard anything back and I'm still waiting for my money. About two months ago I've received a notification message from the shipping company stating that ViralStyle already received the package.
No matter how hard I try I can't get any response from them.
I ordered 2 Toby Keith shirts Dark Heather XL and Maroon 4XL Limited Edition and received XL Dark Heather and XL Maroon which was NOT what I ordered.I have been trying to contact them since Saturday 2-24-24 and left message after message with email and 2 contact numbers and I have heard NOTHING. I AM VERY UNHAPPY
I ordered size large for all. I received the tshirts but the size was extra small or small. I cannot wear. The tshirts were mis sized. They could have been Asian sized not American sized
I BOUGHT A SHIRT ON JANURARY 1ST FOR MY GRANDSONS BIRTHDAY AND NOW I AM SCARED THIS ISN'T A REAL PLACE. I HOPE THEY ARE HONEST PEOPLE.
Ordered a shirt from Viralstyle “Change starts with me”. I received the shirt with the word “ CHANGE” misspelled. Emailed and emailed still getting no reply. Just wondering how could a legit business allow a shirt with a phrase on it, get printed and sent and NO one proofreads it for accuracy.
I saw ViralStyle using facebook to sell ironic art posted to print on demand shops. The address on their site is a parking lot. I found and reached out the artist. The work was confirmed stolen. The rate of piracy has exploded in the last few months since "service provider" sites like Facebook, Amazon, Wish, Alibaba etc. have become a massive enablers after Amazon was absolved of liability as a "service provider" for all the thief, counterfeits and scams. Now these thieves have bots auto-stealing and posting art to free print on demand sites.
Its sad to see so many people have had the same terrible experience I had with this company... I should have been smarter and read reviews before ordering. Its been 2 months since they took my order and my money. They reply to emails but don't say anything worth reading. Apparently order arrived in Australia but never made it to my address and now "apparently" its back in the USA. I bet it never left. Very disappointed there is another scam going around.
I bought a t-shirt on the 21st of April and today 27th of May I still have no news about my order. Nobody responds the emails, I can not get a refund, I didn't get my t-shirt... basically I have lost $47! Don't buy from here. This is SCAM!
STAY AWAY FROM VIRALSTYLE.COM! I ordered the "To my son" dog tag. Received it and was a cheap piece of crap. If I had a gumball machine business I would feel guilty charging a quarter for it and I paid $29.99 +$4.99 shipping. Emailed viralstyle.com who told me that I received what I ordered and there was no recourse for me unless it was damaged. Messaged the company founder with no reply. You will feel much better if you burned your money...believe me. Shop somewhere else. They obviously do not rely on repeat business...
I ordered a necklace to mail to my daughter for Christmas. Waited weeks and weeks - no product. It just arrived with no time for me to send it. That's not the worst of it. For $40 I received a cheap piece of crap and you can't even read the print! It looks like a prize you would receive for putting 2 quarters in a grocery store vending machine.
My husband ordered 2 necklaces for our daughters... what a disappointment. You can't read inscription. Actually need a magnifying glass to see inscription. Looks so cheap too.. defo wont recommend viralstyle to anyone. Emails back from them aren't sounding to good for a redund either. Please avoid them.. we waited nearly one month for them to be delivered. Tracking system doesn't work either. So anyone thinking of using them avoid at all costs.. cause it will cost you..
They steal artwork! They go through Etsy and steal artwork! They will put it as a unlisted link on their page and do a instagram advert to get people to buy the STOLEN artwork from small businesses like myself.
AVOID this company. They are thief's! You'll never get your poster

I ordered a sweatshirt and then had buyer's remorse. When I cancelled my order, they gave my computer a virus! How do I know if it was real, or if they tried to scare me to"punish me"? I don't, so I have never used that computer again.
I have been trying to find out the status of my order from Viralstyles.com for the past 3 days and no one from this company has bothered to return any of my emails and or calls. When I call the "customer service" number they keep you on hold long enough where you "have to leave a message". ( very shady)
