I traveled to Aruba this past May 2023 and "supposedly WON" a trip and went on a tour and they had me sign the paperwork for prize I won. When I got home I saw an amount of 3800.00 taken from my account on file and it was not even under my name. I am requesting a full refund in the amount of 3800.00 or I am pressing charges. I want a full investigation as I have a witness as well. The company is called VIP Guest Services and it is a crock of crap. Scammers and lies. This is not a valid service. It is more expensive then going on company specific websites and they tell you they have exclusive deals which they do not.
I am looking for refund on my card please contact me @ [protected]@yahoo.com They have my card number and I had to cancel any other payments going forward. Thank you for your help with this matter.
