Vimtsire Security Services review: Security office

My name is Basetsana Nkele Modikoe working for Vimtsire security services company no:1349. Site Rustenburg Kloof view primary school. I started working on the 12 Feb 2020 working with firearm for 13 months but I never got allowence for firearm, secondly the company is deducting money every month for union I didn't sign for and lastly I applied for leave on the 28/09/2021-18/10/2021 and the controller by the name Kea told me that I must not expect pay on the 20/10/2021 because the HR said the company doesn't have money for my leave I don't understand how, so I plead with the company to stop deducting for that union, and also pay for my leave as well as the money for firearm. please thank you
