Yo, so I tried out VideoSolo and it didn't work on my Macbook with the M1 chip. Super frustrating, man. And to make matters worse, when I asked for a refund they straight up said "no". Not cool, VideoSolo. Not cool. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, that's for sure.

So I went ahead and forked over some dough for a whole year of access to VideoSolo's software. Turns out, I didn't get that sweet reference code I was expecting to help me activate the dang thing. No biggie, right? Just gotta shoot an email over to the customer service team and get this sorted out.

The problem is, I must have sent like a bunch of emails and I never got a response back. Like, seriously? I'm forkin' over my hard earned cash and I can't even get a little help activating the thing? For shame, VideoSolo, for shame.

So now, I'm sittin' here staring at a useless hunk of software, paid for and totally wasting away in my digital library. What can I say? Not happy doesn't even begin to sum up how I'm feelin' about all this.

So, I tried out VideoSolo to see if it could help me rip my DVDs. Unfortunately, their BD-DVD ripper didn't even recognize my DVD. I was pretty disappointed, to say the least. I contacted customer service and it took them weeks to respond, which was a major inconvenience for me. Additionally, they didn't even offer a refund like they claim to in their policy!

I will say that you can try it out for free if you want to give it a shot, but based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend paying for VideoSolo. It just wasn't worth it for me and I think there are better options available.

I had real high hopes for VideoSolo, but it didn't turn out right for me. I was only able to use it once for recording, but it was terrible due to the quality of the recording. Whenever I used the screen recorder, the video I aimed to record would freeze continuously. That can be really vexing, you know? But that was not even the half of it, the customer service I encountered was exceptionally bad. I got charged for a whole year without getting a renewal notice, not cool at all. They refused to refund me even though they advertise a 30-day return policy. Like what the heck! It just wasn't a pleasant experience and I'll honestly recommend that you look for another product.

So, I got a little frustrated when I first tried out VideoSolo's DVD Copy. I mean, I had bought a full-on copy, not just a trial version, so I was definitely expecting it to actually do what it promised to do. But when I started to copy a disc, I just kept getting hit with this weird error message that made no sense to me.

After a while of trying to figure it out on my own, I decided to reach out to VideoSolo's customer support to see if they could help me out. Unfortunately, they weren't very helpful at first. They said they could only give me a full refund if their tech support couldn't fix the issue. And let me tell you, their return policy is a maze. It's definitely not something you'd want to have to navigate, especially not when you're already feeling pretty frustrated.

Oh, and just to make things even trickier, VideoSolo is actually based out of Hong Kong. Which means that they're not covered by the Better Business Bureau. So, you know, good luck with that.

Honestly, I don't know if I would recommend VideoSolo. It seems like they have some serious issues with customer support and returns, and the fact that they're not even based in the US just makes things even more complicated. If you're looking for software to copy DVDs, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Okay, so I ran into some trouble with VideoSolo, y'know that website videosolo.com? So, I accidentally ordered their player instead of their ripper software - oops! But they got some policy or something on their website that says I could get a refund, so I dropped them a message. But, like, they didn't get back to me at all! All I got was some kinda confirmation, but the link didn't even work, not even once! And to make things worse, this happened not once, but twice!
But, like, even if I did get the right software, I heard from some people that their latest version of BD-DVD Ripper is way worse than some earlier version when it comes to 3D experience.
All that stuff aside, I just gotta say: NO WAY you should buy anything from videosolo, no how, no sir, no ma'am!

Yeah, man, so I stumbled across this site, VideoSolo (videosolo.com), when I was looking for a way to play my Blu-ray movies on my computer. Being the tech-savvy guy that I am, I downloaded their Blu-ray Player onto my good ol' Windows PC. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how well it worked! Like seriously, it can handle any type of Blu-ray disc, which is pretty sweet if you ask me!

But get this, they also offer two FREE software options on their website. That's right, no need to break the bank. The first one is their free video converter, which I've used a bunch of times to convert videos so I can watch them on my iPhone. The other is a free video to GIF converter, which is actually really cool since I can share my favorite video moments as GIFs on social media.

Now, if you're looking for more advanced software options, they've got you covered. Their Video Converter Ultimate is top-notch and comes with a bunch of extra features like video enhancers and a video downloader. I feel like a tech wizard using it, to be honest.

I picked up the VideoSolo application quite excitedly. After purchasing it, I was very pleased with how well it worked for an entire week. Unfortunately, a few issues with my PC caused me to have to replace the motherboard. This is where things started to get complicated.

When I tried to use VideoSolo again, I discovered that the code was already in use. Naturally, this meant that I was unable to use the application. I attempted to contact the customer support team at VideoSolo on seven different occasions over the last two months. I even tried reaching out through their Facebook support. I had hoped to resolve this issue quickly and get back to using the product, but my attempts at communication were largely ignored.

Throughout this whole ordeal, I only received two automated email confirmations. There was never a reply from an actual employee, which was incredibly frustrating. It seemed like my attempts to resolve the issue were to no avail. I can't help but feel that this lack of response from the team is a sign of how little they care about their customers.

It's a real shame because I enjoyed using the product while it worked. I cannot, however, recommend giving VideoSolo any of your money. It's clear that they lack basic care for their customers and, sadly, that makes them little more than a scam. I hope that they can have better customer service in the future so that others don't have to experience the frustration that I did.
