On January 10th, 2024, I was promised a 20% discount on a tour for referring a friend and Viator charged me the full amount and keeps claiming that they had issued it. My credit card company says they have not. I have called Viator (a Tripadvisor compnay) three times and each time they claimed they issued the refund but the 3rd time, they claimed the refund went to Paypal. I did not order through Paypal, I ordered the tour verbally to their customer service. It's been 7 weeks now. Viator customer service is no help.
