Please refund my invalid concert tickets for Ed Sheeran Wembley on June 15 2018 under section 2.15 of the Viagogo guarantee . Order placed 08/07/2017 order ID [protected] Mrs C Haseltine 22 Rosemead Benfleet SS74JQ. Please see attached invalid tickets. I have contacted Viagogo on several occasions regarding my concerns but was assured that the tickets would be valid, so as you can imagine the distress this has caused me, as this was a gift to my son & daughter in law.

We purchased Taylor Swift concert tickets for 22 Jun 2018 at £200 per ticket.
Today our tickets arrived and they have a price of £94.50 printed on them.
At no stage was this clearly disclosed when purchasing the tickets. This is absolutely ridiculous and a rip off of clients good nature and intent.

How can it be allowed and not disclosed clearly before purchase?

I recently purchased tickets for the John Grant concert at the Albert Hall Manchester. They were advertised at £50 each, when the tickets arrived they were priced at £25 each plus booking and were ticket master tickets...surely fraudulent. On top of this when I received the invioce via email it seems I was charged another £44 booking, this was not made clear before purchase. Could you please investigate .

I have paid for Tickets for Iran -Maroco football world cup in Saint-Petersburg on 15/06/2018 one month back and still not yet received anything.

I fed up with promises that everything fine just wait. I demand you to deliver the tickets in time or return the money.
Otherwisw it will be a fraud and will be treated acordingly.
The service you provide is rediculous. No phone to contact no reasonable reply through web site.

They are thieves! On 6 January 2018 I paid £490 for 2 Billy Joel tickets (Order ID [protected]). In June they send me 2 Ticketmaster tickets worth £170. That means they put £320 in their pocket. I asked them to refund the difference and they refused.

I have photos of the initial Viagogo order and the tickets as evidence. Unfortunately they are too large to upload on your system.

Bought tickets from viagogo for the killer's tickets on the 20th of April.
I was dubious about them from the beginning as heard viagogo tickets we a scam after purchase. I ran ticketmaster, where the tickets came from and they said they were real tickets but had probably been on-sold many times. I went to the concert with my 11 yr old son as a special treat for him. We were rejected at the door saying we needed a refund. I was been trying to get hold of via gogo numerous times, the ph numbers are disconnected and when you email them it just takes you round in circles and no one responded.

The tickets are attached and I am desperately seeking a refund

The concert of Ariana Grande in Antwerpen (BE) was canceled in May 2017 because of the bombing in Manchester. Viagogo promised a refund of the tickets. I never received it! I called several phone numbers that I found on internet, tried to reach Viagogo customer service, I sent emails. No response!

It is not serious and unacceptable. There were expensive tickets!

I purchased two tickets to an AFL game in Launceston, Tasmania. When I realised I couldn't attend, I attempted to re list them and was informed I was successful. Then two days later, I received an email informing me the match time had changed but to enjoy the game. And then the next day, another wishing me enjoyment at the game.
Clearly my tickets were not re listed and that denied me any refund . I want my money back. I have already emailed my complaint to the AAAC

Purchased tickets with Viagogo for the Springbok vs. England test on the 9th of June 2018 for Section W9 which is premium seating.

Received the tickets 3 days before the event however they were for Section EU71 which is the cheapest non premium worst seats one is able to purchase.

Viagogo's website and customer support service is non-existent, we paid a premium price for these tickets namely £686.95

On the 1/3/18 I purchased two tickets (standing) to the above venue [protected] for £330.91. On the 2/6 I decided to upgrade our tickets to seating (damaged my leg) and purchased 2 seating tickets at around 9:50am L24 Row 18 for £724.29. Transaction went through and I book marked the transaction page which subsequently now shows page expired. I checked my Viagogo account later and it showed the new tickets I purchased. I then went to resell my tickets which also went through ok. On Monday I went into my account and it only showed the standing ticket, nothing in the purchases or listings. I have been trying to communicate with Viagogo and am getting absolutely nowhere. My account has been debited but I have no tickets, nothing in the purchase section of my Viagogo account. I am really annoyed and frustrated, something that I thought would be easy is turning into a nightmare. The longer this goes on, if I don't have these seated tickets (you have my money), seated tickets prices are going up and I can't sell my standing tickets because I don't know what's happened to my new tickets. Please help. Thanks.

we have bought tickets for the ed sheeran concert ( order id [protected] ) for amsterdam on the 28th of june only to be told the tickets will not be accepted as viagogo is not authorized to sell them . we have been charged on our credit cards and no resposnse from them after sending them an email.
please assist.. are these tickets vaild or not? if not we request a refund please.

Hello I purchased tickets for London o2 academy today for BTS.
There were four of us purchasing the tickets excitedly around the laptops. They were all selling really fast and we managed a few times to get on to the chooses tickets and submit page. then it said these are sold. It then did it again and we proceeded to checkout and we submitted two tickets as we couldn't get anymore. When the email came through it said California not London.
Why has this happened? We ordered London and I'm really angry this has happened.

This website is an absolute joke. Verified tickets for BTS were originally sold at maximum £250 for VIP tickets. You allow your sellers to sell at over 10 times that amount, they were selling the crap tickets for over £2000. You really need to think about customers here, set a limit, a lower limit for these tickets because it is outrageously unfair. Get your site sorted and maybe more people would be trusting enough to buy from it. Again, i am absolutely appalled with this site. Rip-off.

Tickets for July 25th to RAH. Tickets were advertised at £48 each, only when went to pay then added on £17 fee per ticket and then another fee until I paid over £200 for these tickets. Not only that but when the tickets arrived they state they are for members of the Royal Albert Hall and cost £37 each! This is absolutely disgraceful and against the Advertising Standards. Viagogo has already been referred to the trading standards over misleading price information. The ASA warned Viagogo to be upfront about the booking fees and delivery and what actual tickets re being sold. they now have taken no notice of this and " will now face the consequences". I am going to complain as well to the ASA to add to the fact they are probably the worst ticket website online at the moment.

I was shocked when I later found out that they had charged me around 500euro for final fee. Something I was completely unaware of they even had.

Now i've tried for months to contact them via their official mail and complaint report but get nothing but stonewalled. It is simply unacceptable that big companies can practice this kind of large scale scams unchecked. I haven't even actually seen the tickets yet! Sadly my Bank couldn't even block the withdrawal. Why would I purchase tickets for an event that was in the past?

i called up the official ticket seller in Hong Kong Asia Box office and was told that my tickets purchased via you are not valid. Please explain. The order no is 7SPYQ5. I purchased 2 tickets at HK$1288 each - Cat 1 tickets - the show is for this saturday 2nd June at 8pm.

i am very concerned you have sold me either duplicates or illegitimate tickets. Please respond asap.

I purchased a ticket from viagogo and was refused entry at the venue due to the illegitimacy of the ticket.

I bought the ticket on 26th may 2018 for a showing of wizard of oz showing that evening. The venue was booked out so I was unable to puchase a replacement ticket.

Viagogo is a corrupt and morally reprehensible organisation that has given away its right to trade as a business due to its categorical pursuit in the destruction of enjoyment of others through greed and profitering.

Viagogo says that in case that a show is cancelled they will reimburse you!
That is not what they did on Swan Lake from Russian Ballet on May 20th in Sao Paulo (Tom Brasil Theater).
I have shown them the proofs (also official statement in the Theater website http://grupotombrasil.com.br/o-lago-dos-cisnes - in portuguese, but Google Translate helps it out) that the show has been officially cancelled by the Theater and they say that it is postponed (and no new date is announced and if announced it would occur in the same theater, so not been postponed, but cancelled!)
Viagogo does not comply to their own published terms and conditions and refuse to come with a reimbursement, even after several requests!

I bought concert tickets from Viagogo but could not attend. The website states that you can relist tickets, but the link they sent me did not work. Two more messages to customer service resulted in them sending me the same links that did not work. Many more messages after this, were automated "we care about you and are working hard on your issue." They never did, the concert came and went, and I just lost my money on the tickets.
