I placed an order for a dress on Venus Dancewear's website (attached invoice) back on 12/29/21. It's now 2/8/2022 and I still haven't received my dress. I've tried calling and emailing multiple times to inquire about the status of my order, but I haven't received any response in weeks.

I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience with this company. Another reviewer, CB, had a similar issue. They wrote, "Although the website cites 5 to 15 days for shipping, this is completely erroneous. At the beginning, customer service was responsive in my inquiries. Now that the 15 days are long past, I am receiving absolutely no correspondence on the status of my order. The website guarantees a 24-hour response, it's been over a week since my last inquiry and I have received no word from the company on the status of my order. At this point, I'm questioning the legitimacy of this business."

I'm starting to think that I may have lost my money. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do now? It's frustrating to have paid for something and not receive it, especially when there's no communication from the company. I hope that Venus Dancewear can resolve these issues and improve their customer service in the future.
