Our Toyota RAV4 was damaged during Hurrican Ian. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate. After contacting our insurance company they approved repairs. We scheduled a date for repairs for March 6th. They contacted me three weeks in advance to confirm and order parts. we scheduled a car rental. On March 1st I received a call that our appointment was canceled because of a back log of vehicles, it may be a month before I could be rescheduled. I made this appointment 3 months ago and they should have informed me 3 weeks previously that they couldn't honor my service date, I had to cancel my rental and hopefully will be able to re-book the same class vehicle. To say the least I would except a problem at Joe's Auto Body but not the Toyota Dealership. I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED and this will be the last Toyata I will ever own. Your Florida Service stinks.
