I do not have any complaints, I would like to PRAISE this company and your employees . All of the Velveeta products are wonderful .This product is one that everyone should try . Once you try it you'll never go back to plain ole' regular cheese that is rubbery .I am just trying to say Thank You and your employees for keeping this product great as always .

I regularly use Velveeta. Recently I bought a loaf and it doesn't melt right. There were globules and chunks of cheese in my cheesy soup, and when I tried to melt it on toast, it just burned. Have the ingredients changed? Could freezing during shipment cause this?
I agree! Casseroles, soups, whatever I put it in, it's just a gooey blob now, instead of melting. YUCK!
