Vavoline review: Oil change

My son took his car to Valvoline on 12/15/2022 in which they also completed a oil system clean. Within a day of having this completed the car started misfiring. So my son had his spark plugs replaced which worked for about a week. The car started to turn off while driving so we took the car to another mechanic who stated whoever did the oil change either put bad oil or the wrong type of oil in the car. This had caused the camshaft and timing chain to go bad which is the cause of the car turning off.
