Varsity Tutors review: Take $375 a month - no tutor - I pay for their search for a tutor

I called in to provide requirements for my son's tuition needs. Gifted kid at top high school on Advanced Placement ahead of this class - with ADD so he tends to be sleepy but we have meds to help him alert.
We wanted him to get a headstart in Accelerated Geometry coming next 3 months.
They made me pay first then their admin started looking for tutors to match.
We got a tutor after a week, corresponding for a while.
I told the support why am I paying before you even have anyone for me? The support told me OK let's move your start date to 2 weeks.

(We are paying Varsity Tutor admin time to search for the tutors! Charge us even before any tuition)

Just less than a week before starting, the tutor cancelled.
I told the support I want to cancel and would like a pro rata charge.
They told me to call the number and tried to convince me to use the online class (I told them I am here for tutor only!)
Then I call the line, I was in a convo with a person to tell me to stay and utilize the online classes (superficial unrelated sessions for me) and it went long-winded. I told her I am here to cancel it.
Then she told me that oh your son is ADD and that's why he needs special tutor who is comfortable with that.
I got enough! While being polite with the nice lady I believe that the requirements should have been pasted on since the start and why they told me 3 weeks later and again I have to pay for these nonsense admin time to look for a tutor!
There is no such things that you pay monthly for the school to do administrative work searching for a teacher for you. Searched once, not found, searched twice found and cancelled. I PAID FOR YOUR FAILURE to provide the service?
They take a full month from me. They won't take pro rata and refund.
And cancelled at the last minute when I told them about ADD in the first call?
Kids are mature and high performer and ADD is not an evil thing. Very high functioning ADD who only looks sleepy and with meds he gets A- in advanced gifted math.
$375 for Varsity's failure to provide the service for 3 weeks.
