Terrible Customer Service and Disrespectful Teachers: My Experience with Cuemath Math Classes
Cuemath is a company that offers math classes for children, but let me tell you, their customer service is just terrible. I tried to cancel my remaining classes, but they wouldn't let me, which is such a scam. The teachers are also not very nice. They can be rude and disrespectful, and they don't teach very well. My daughter has complained that they go too fast and don't slow down even when she asks them to. It's frustrating because we're paying for these classes, and we expect better. I wouldn't recommend Cuemath to anyone. They'll just take your money and leave you feeling ripped off.
Cuemath Review: Cancelled Subscription, Promised Refund Not Received, Possible Scam?
I been using Cuemath for 1.5 years for my child's math classes but decided to cancel it and get more face-to-face sessions locally. They promised me a refund for the classes that were not taken but I have not received it yet. I submitted the refund details as per their request on Feb 28 and have followed up with them over emails several times. Every time, they raise a case and provide a ticket number but within a week, it's closed out. The person who was in touch with me no longer responds. I am worried that this might be a scam. I hope they will resolve this issue soon.
Disappointing Experience with Cuemath: Unfriendly Teachers and Technical Issues
I gotta say, Cuemath is not the best. The teachers are not very nice and they don't let you cancel classes even if you have a good reason. Plus, their system is always messing up and they blame it on you when it's really their website that's the problem. I could go on and on about how bad it is, but just trust me and don't waste your money on this website.

Cuemath Review: Disappointing Teachers, Group Classes, and Lack of Communication
I gotta say, I'm in total agreement with the other reviews about Cuemath. It's a real bummer that the teachers don't always show up, and even when they do, you can't access the lessons until they're unlocked. And when they do show up, they just solve the sheet and don't really explain the concept to the kiddos. That's not what I signed up for!
They promised me a 1:1 class, but then two months after I enrolled, they changed the policy and now it's a group class. That means kids from different grades are all in the same class, which doesn't make any sense to me. It feels like a scam, honestly. They're just trying to take advantage of parents who want the best for their kids.
And don't even get me started on the lack of communication. They won't give you anything in writing, and if you try to email customer care, they'll just call you back instead of actually sending an email with concrete information. It's frustrating, to say the least.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend Cuemath. There are better options out there for kids who need extra help with math.
Cuemath Review: Relentless Harassment, Disappointing Referral Program & Questionable Coding Curriculum
So I enrolled my kids in Cuemath, and let me tell you, they just won't stop bugging me. I mean, their army of referral is relentless! They call, text, email EVERY SINGLE DAY. I've blocked so many numbers, but they just find a new one to use. It's like they're stalking me or something.
And now they're trying to get my kid into coding? Seriously? My kid is only in 3rd grade! I'm not ready to turn them into some kind of tech genius just yet. And to top it all off, they keep asking me for phone numbers of my friends to refer them to the program. I gave in and gave a few numbers, but now my friends are complaining to me about the constant harassment!
A few of my friends actually enrolled in Cuemath based on my recommendation, but it's been MONTHS and they haven't received any referral incentives. What a rip-off! I feel guilty and embarrassed for recommending this program to my friends.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Cuemath to anyone. There are much better programs available here in the US, like Russian Math. Plus, the administration is the absolute worst. They need to learn to back off and stop harassing people like crazy.
Terrible Company: Cuemath is a Scam and Not Trustworthy
I had a terrible experience with Cuemath. They're not trustworthy and they don't care about their customers. They're just trying to make a quick buck. Like other reviewers have said, Cuemath is a scam. They try to make you refer as many people as possible to their program so they can make more money. It's really disgusting.
The Cuemath site is a mess. It's so hard to navigate and find information. They don't explain their program clearly and make it seem like they're doing you a huge favor by helping your child with math. But in reality, they're just stealing your money.
I signed up my child for their program and immediately regretted it. The tutor they assigned to my child was terrible. She didn't even know how to explain basic math concepts. It was a waste of time and money. I'm so glad I canceled my subscription and got my money back.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend Cuemath to anyone. They're a terrible company and they don't care about their customers. Stay far away from them.
Cuemath Review: A Reliable and Effective Way to Improve Math Skills
inquiries. But then after taking the plunge to pay for the full Cuemath program, I was blown away. The material and teaching methods are both challenging and fun. The teachers are real experts and seem genuinely interested in their students' progress. The format is also convenient, as everything is done through the Cuemath app, which means no time wasted travelling to a physical location.
My child has shown significant improvement in their skills since starting with Cuemath. They are more confident and engaged with math, which has translated to better grades in school. I also appreciate the regular progress reports that show me how much they are improving, and the Cuemath team is always quick to respond if I have any questions or concerns.
Overall, I highly recommend Cuemath to any parent who is looking for a reliable and effective way to help their child improve their math skills. The free class may have been a letdown, but the full program is definitely worth the investment.
Cuemath's Marketing Tactics and Privacy Concerns: My Experience
I just have to say, Cuemath is really annoying me lately. The way their marketing team just keeps hounding me with calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages- it's enough to drive anyone batty! And what's worse, I've told them multiple times that I don't want to hear from them so much, but they just keep on going!
As if that wasn't bad enough, I also found out that they actually went and sold my child's information to a third party. I mean, seriously- what kind of company does that? Don't they understand anything about privacy? It's like they just don't care about their customers at all.
I know I'm not the only one out there who's fed up with Cuemath's relentless marketing tactics. It's just plain frustrating when you're trying to go about your day, only to be bombarded with more and more unwanted messages from them.
All in all, I wouldn't recommend Cuemath if you're looking for a company that respects your privacy and your time. Stick with someone else who actually cares about their customers.
Cuemath's Customer Service Lacks Empathy and Understanding
Well, let me tell you about my experience with Cuemath. My kid joined their program last year, and I have to say, it was pretty good. The teacher was nice, and my child was learning a lot. However, we had some personal issues that made it difficult for us to continue with all the classes. I talked to the teacher about it, and she said that the remaining classes would carry over to the next year's enrollment - which sounded great to me!
But when I tried to enroll my kid again this year, I was shocked to learn that those carried-over classes were nowhere to be found. I contacted Cuemath, and I even sent them written emails and WhatsApp messages as proof of what the teacher had told me. But they stuck to their guns and said that I needed to re-enroll with the full amount - without any consideration for the classes we had missed.
I have to admit, I'm pretty disappointed. I thought Cuemath would be more understanding about our situation, especially since we had proof that we weren't just trying to cheat the system. It's frustrating, because my kid liked the program so much, but now I'm not sure if I want to keep paying for it if this is how they treat their customers.
A Parent's Review: Cuemath Provides Quality Education, But Lackluster Administration
Cuemath has been a great choice for providing education to my children. We were lucky to have Lata Lalwani as our teacher, who has been amazing and my kids absolutely adore her. The classes are not just informative but are also enjoyable for my kids. Her expertise and knowledge in the subject matter are evident in the way she teaches.
However, I did face some difficulties in reaching the Cuemath administration team after the classes started. They were not responsive over emails and we had to do a lot of follow-ups for clarifications. This is an area where I feel the administration team can improve.
Overall, I am satisfied with Cuemath and would recommend it to any parent seeking quality education for their children. With the right teacher, your child can not only learn better but also have fun while doing it.
Poor Experience with Cuemath: Lengthy Login Process and Disappointing Trial Class
Was trying to join Cuemath and got through a lengthy login process that took more than 30 minutes, which is not user-friendly at all. First, username displayed on WhatsApp but didn't know that it needs to be inputted along with some numbers in blue. Facing some connection issues, as they were not able to hear us properly on the call. They had promised to provide a free trial of 1-hour class, but to my surprise, we received less than 30 minutes. That added with the extra delay due to the network lag from India.
Finally, after struggling with multiple devices for a better connection, my daughter managed to attend the class. And, as per her review, the class was just okay. And, for paying the amount, customers will surely expect more value for their money. In conclusion, my overall experience was very poor as the system didn't seem to work properly.
Review of Cuemath: False Promises, Poor Quality Teachers, and No Customer Support
Man let me tell you about Cuemath, I ain't impressed at all. They be making all these big promises when you sign up, but they don't deliver on none of them. And don't even get me started on the quality of the teachers they got, trash. Ain't no coordinator to help you out neither, you'll be left to fend for yourself. And when you try to complain, they just pass you off to some other program with an even higher fee. Money hungry, that's what they are.
And if you think they gonna refund your money if you want to stop classes, think again. They claim they gonna do it in 3 working days, but it's been a whole month and I still ain't got nothin'. They ain't got no escalation levels or nothin' like that, just some guy named Pranjal Gautam runnin' customer support. And he just be closing tickets left and right without even trying to help.
I gotta say, my experience with Cuemath was the worst. They need to get their act together and stop makin' people beg for their own money. Shameful, it really is.
Cuemath: A Scam or a Letdown? My Experience with Paying $6000 for My Kids
I big time paid cuemath $6000 for my 3 kids, and lemme tell ya, it has been a total downer. I ain't heard a peep from them since I coughed up my cashola. These guys be playing hard to get or something.
The kicker is, when they wanted me to sign up my kids, they were blowing up my phone like nobody's business. I'm talking 28 phone calls all up in one day. That's just plain bananas, am I right?
So, I've been trying to get in touch with them since day one, calling them up multiple times a day. Can ya believe it's been a hot minute and I still haven't heard a thing? Ain't nobody got time for that kinda nonsense.
Honestly, it's giving me mad scam vibes. How can they take my money and then just vanish, like a fart in the wind? Scammers, I tell ya. I wouldn't recommend this to any parent looking to sign up their kiddos for some math lessons. It's just not worth it, ya know?
Save yourself the headache, my friends. Find yourself a good teacher online who charges you monthly, or even better, someone local. Don't get duped by these cuemath fools. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
Very bad experience with the customer service team and they do not have any standard fee structure. They charge you as per their wish and no standards followed. Rude customer service and fake promises.
