Cuemath is a company that offers math classes for children, but let me tell you, their customer service is just terrible. I tried to cancel my remaining classes, but they wouldn't let me, which is such a scam. The teachers are also not very nice. They can be rude and disrespectful, and they don't teach very well. My daughter has complained that they go too fast and don't slow down even when she asks them to. It's frustrating because we're paying for these classes, and we expect better. I wouldn't recommend Cuemath to anyone. They'll just take your money and leave you feeling ripped off.

I been using Cuemath for 1.5 years for my child's math classes but decided to cancel it and get more face-to-face sessions locally. They promised me a refund for the classes that were not taken but I have not received it yet. I submitted the refund details as per their request on Feb 28 and have followed up with them over emails several times. Every time, they raise a case and provide a ticket number but within a week, it's closed out. The person who was in touch with me no longer responds. I am worried that this might be a scam. I hope they will resolve this issue soon.

I gotta say, Cuemath is not the best. The teachers are not very nice and they don't let you cancel classes even if you have a good reason. Plus, their system is always messing up and they blame it on you when it's really their website that's the problem. I could go on and on about how bad it is, but just trust me and don't waste your money on this website.

Was trying to join Cuemath and got through a lengthy login process that took more than 30 minutes, which is not user-friendly at all. First, username displayed on WhatsApp but didn't know that it needs to be inputted along with some numbers in blue. Facing some connection issues, as they were not able to hear us properly on the call. They had promised to provide a free trial of 1-hour class, but to my surprise, we received less than 30 minutes. That added with the extra delay due to the network lag from India.

Finally, after struggling with multiple devices for a better connection, my daughter managed to attend the class. And, as per her review, the class was just okay. And, for paying the amount, customers will surely expect more value for their money. In conclusion, my overall experience was very poor as the system didn't seem to work properly.

And if you think they gonna refund your money if you want to stop classes, think again. They claim they gonna do it in 3 working days, but it's been a whole month and I still ain't got nothin'. They ain't got no escalation levels or nothin' like that, just some guy named Pranjal Gautam runnin' customer support. And he just be closing tickets left and right without even trying to help.
