Vanllee Hotel and Suites in West Covina California review: I would like a discount or they could of let me out of the contract due to there hotel not being in proper condition

I booked a hotel through a 3 way and of course they won’t refund or give youyour money back after I found out that the hotel we are staying the A.C unit has been out 3 weeks . As customers came to the hotel they were not being told or giving them their money back regarding their A . C unit being out . It was 104 degrees with no A.C . I asked for a fan or a discount and they stated they couldn’t help sorry .
