Vanilla.com review: $100 visa gift card

Vanilla.com ($100 VISA CARD)

• 3-3 — 23 / Bought Vanilla.com Credit Card (Visa) at Walmart ($100)

• 3-4-23 / Called to check on balance. Balance is $0.05 before I even tried to activate it. Where did my $99.95 go. The balance is ($0.05) I was told to wait 24 hrs

• 3-5-23 / Called again and also was told to wait 7-10 days

• 3-11-23 / Called again and did received an email with the dispute confirmation and emailed back.

• 3-12-23 / Called again and gave them the Case # and was now told the wait could be up to 90 days.

I do not understand why this is not settle right away because it was never in anyone else’s possession when I tried to activated it. Again, why so long.
