This is a fair warning... DO NOT ORDER from this company. They are SCAMMERS. They are from China. I ordered a dress. It never arrived. I contacted customer service and let them know and to please return my money or resend. They lied. They said I gave them the wrong address. That is not possible since PayPal auto fills. They refuse to send me proof of delivery. Only will send city and state with tracking photo. They told me to call the delivery company, that I never heard of. I called, and they are not from the US. Only give me city and state and date of delivery aka same as their "tracking". Several emails later, they tell me "you gave correct address and it was delivered, we WON'T refund your money". Package was not delivered. I am wondering if it was ever shipped in 1st place. I am fairly sure it was not!
I reported them to PayPal via dispute. Hope I get my money back but I doubt it. Just want to warn everyone they are SCAMMERS! Please do not order from them!

The products that I ordered took over 3 weeks to arrive. I had wanted a shirt for Christmas but was never able to wear it because it didn't arrive until 3 days after Christmas Day. Then, I contacted the company to address my disappointment in the timing of the arrival and they stated they tried to do their best to get the order out. I also told the company that the quality of the products were below what they appeared online and the colors of two of my shirts were not as pictured. They will only return if there is some sort of manufacturer defect and they don't really easily exchange for size, so I was highly disappointed and guess I will just turn the >$100 on the products over to my CPA as a donation, since that's where the clothes will end up.

Total CRAP operation. They 'say' they're based out of SC, but their emails tend to give them away cause whoever's writing them does NOT have any comand of the English Language. 1st order took forever but finally arrived & it's ok. 2nd order? Placed that on 9/6. On 9/15 they sent me an email that 1 of the 4 items wasn't ready & they asked if I wanted to cancel the not ready items & they'd ship the rest. I said I want everything on the order, that they could go ahead & ship the 3 items that were ready & backorder the 4th or wait for the 4th (they said about 3 days) & ship all together. Just the other day, sent email cause I hadn't heard anything. Now they said only 2 of the 4 items were ready - only 1 of them was the one that wasn't ready before. Getting really fed up, I finally said ok go ahead cancel the 2 that weren't ready & ship the other 2. Have not asked for shipment tracking info. They provided me with what THEY says is a USPS tracking# UUS0502041650406. I am EXTREMELY familiar with USPS (as well as other tracking#'s) & I know that is so totally NOT a USPS tracking# & it's NOT. So, who knows when I'm going to get my items. If you do order from them, NEVER order more than 1 item at a time & expect a real struggle to get it!

Terrible product. Worse service. The order took 6 weeks to get to me - not a big deal, however, the 3 shirts would fit a 12 yr old child. It was a joke - not adult shirts at all. I ordered off their direct website - not even a 3rd party site. I asked for a refund within 7 days of gettiNG the order. I cannot get a refund - customer service offered me 10 THEN 20% off. I want to return these shIrts just like their policy states and get a refund. Also, the company website shows 'made in South Caroline." Except al the packaging shows ' Made in China." a SCAM. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people.

As much as I love these two sweaters, I did not receive them. I checked with the post office, and they said they were delivered. What can I do?

I placed an order over a month ago i still have not received it. When i look at the tracking it looks like it was ready to ship over a week ago. I'm sorry i didn't see all the reviews on this company. I feel like i'm being scammed. There isn't a phone number to talk to customer service which make me believe this is a scam. Please contact me via email [protected]@gmail.Com. It's very fustrating knowing i spent over $100 dollars and have not been able to get answers.

If i don't receive it by the end of this week, i would like to cancel the order.

I have been trying to order an exchange for a jacket which is too small. I like the jacket and I'd like a simple exchange for a larger size. I have gone circles with people sending me to just answer and none of them can help. When I go into return page it gives me a list of options. So I naturally hit return/exchange and it brings up the original page over and over again! Arrrgh! I do NOT want to be transfered to just answer because they are of no use AND there's a fee. Order #8903878, card charged $90.96 information on my card said trouserscar [protected]. I have tried to contact customer service and only get forwarded to a notice to join for $10:00 for customer service. Not paying just want either my package found or money refunded. I received an email stating my items were delivered. Notice was not dated and pkg has not arrived. Please advise what else I need to do this is way past delivery date. Tried to return items and cannot contact anyone I will call my charge card company and have them stop payment if I am not contacted within 24 hrs. [protected]@aol.com These items were ordered on August 21st received on 9/3/23 all items are too small so not true to size and material is not to my liking. I ordered 2 tops for the total of $82.98. I received an email saying the order had been shipped. I never received the order. I checked with my post office and they had no record of it. The USPS number on the email was 92748909900872543542305296. My pist office said that was not their number.

Please refund my 82.98 as soon as possible.

My experience with Valanio was not good. Like others, I had trouble getting the address to send back the items that didn't fit me. The responses I did get were written in bad English, which made me think that the people who wrote them didn't speak English as their first language. It seems like they don't want to take returns, which is not good customer service. I read another review that said to contact the credit card company, and I think that's what I'm going to do. I wouldn't recommend ordering from Valanio.

I gotta say, I wish I had checked out these reviews before I went ahead and ordered from Valanio. My experience with them was pretty much the same as everyone else's. They claim to be based in the US, but I'm pretty sure they're actually in Dubai. And man, do they make it hard to return anything. Like, seriously hard. They'll offer you a tiny amount of money to just keep the stuff, which is pretty insulting if you ask me. And if you want to exchange something for a bigger size, forget about it. They'll charge you an arm and a leg for that.

Luckily, I have a pretty awesome credit card company that was able to give me a full refund. So I didn't have to deal with Valanio's nonsense for too long. But seriously, save yourself the trouble and just avoid these guys altogether. There are plenty of other online stores out there that won't give you such a headache.

Valanio.com is a clothing website that I recently purchased from. I must say that I was quite disappointed with my purchase. For instance, the Golden Goddess V Neck Long Sleeve Top looked so pretty and shiny on the website. However, when I received it, I was surprised to see that it was actually a golden baby poop brown t-shirt. The sleeves did have some sparse sequins, but it was definitely not the shiny dressy top that I was expecting.

To make matters worse, when I contacted the company to request a return authorization or a refund for the three tops that I received, which were not as shown, they refused to comply. This was quite frustrating and left me feeling like I had wasted my money.

Overall, I would not recommend purchasing from Valanio.com unless you are looking for overpriced bland t-shirts. The clothes are not as dressing as they appear on the website, and the company is not willing to work with customers to resolve issues.

I recently purchased some garments from Valanio, a clothing brand that claimed to make their products in South Carolina. To make matters worse, the fabric was of poor quality. It was some sort of stretchy polyester material that clung to every bump and bulge in the most unflattering way. The sizing was also way off, which is unfortunately typical for "made in China" clothing. The garments were not sized for western women, despite following their sizing guidelines. The three tops I received were two sizes too small, with sleeves that were short and super snug.

The patterns on the garments looked great in the ad, but in reality, they were just printed on. At an average of $30 each, these tops were not cheap. I could have easily found better quality and better-fitting garments at Kohl's for a similar price.
