I have succesfully ne accepted for a refund from the company, the confirmation was sent from them in October 2022, after that no money were received, I sent them several email, also contacted them by phone many times, staying over and over again on the line waiting like hours , and at the end they confirmed me that the transfer will be made as soon as possible, but nothing happened .
I want to be very clear, this it’s a business as usual way of EDreams, I found many clients complaining from many countries, that their money were actually not be refunded .

Desired outcome: I want my money back
