UW Provision Meat Market review: Providing bad meat and not providing replacement, plus terrible customer service.

On June 17, I went to UW Provision Meat Market. I purchased six sirloin steaks for that Sundays Father's Day. That Sunday I went and put the steaks on the grille. As they cooked there was a strange order. Taking a bit out of it we could tell the meat was bad. I collected the steaks from the grill, put them a sealed plastic bag and put them in the refrigerator. On Monday I went to UW provision and requested a refund on all six steaks. I was told that I could not receive credit for the steaks on the grille, that it was in violation of Federal regulations. I argued how would I know if it was bad until I opened the steaks and put them on the grille. I asked how I would know that? They said everyone knows that. I asked if they had a sign in the store informing us of this? There answer was "NO." They repeated over and over they could not give me credit on the steaks because of regulations. Which I checked and it is not true, it's entirely up to the store who they give credit to. I asked for the Manger's cell number, and they would not give it to me. The people I spoke with was very demeaning, curt and out right rude.
