Complaint about a delivery that was incorrect. The driver apparently didn't read the address correctly. On 2/20/2018 driver went to Chipley, FL that should have been delivered to Sneads, FL. On account of this the product was sent back to Amazon stating that the package was refused. Very disappointed with service.

CASE #CA141122309, Tracking#9505515898288353155854 and [protected] supervisor and employees of ur 575 E. Tremont Location, Bronx NY 10457 refused to give packages to Dennis Riley when packages were there. Claims P.O.Box was delinquent. The staff was very RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL & NO CLASS. Packages were returned back to me the sender, but to date I have not received them. PLEASE, PLEASE, someone PLEASE investigate this location there treatment of customers is unacceptable & THEY GET AWAY WITH VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TREATMENT OF CUSTOMERS.
