Kroger

I would like to file a complaint with the Kroger pharmacy. Every time that I need to pick up a prescription there is only one person waiting on customers and 15 waiting in line. Most of the time you are standing for a half hour to 45 minutes if you are lucky. What about those who are handicapped or elderly? What if you are only needing to drop off a new prescription, they seem to have taken the window away for that. Something BETTER needs to be resolved! Maybe the company does not care, they do not even answer the phone. I have been coming here for years and feel this issue could be resolved if the company cares!
