The cashier was sluring and seemed impaired. It was a very disturbing sight for our family. She had trouble comprehending our order. When asked to speak to a manager. We were informed that a manager wasnt avaliable. And by the looks of the good time the employees were having. I belived there wasn't a manager to speak with. It was around 2:00 p.m Wed the 28th. I could not understand how adults could act like that. It was loud as if a frat party was going on!
