Harper Road Beckley Wv. My dad ordered a chopped steak with baked potato with mushrooms. Myself, I ordered chopped steak baked potatoe. My mom ordered salad with a baked potato. We sat there for 45 minutes no food plenty to drink. When food did get there omg potatoes were not done at all. My dad did not have his mushrooms. We sent our potatoes back. When we did get them back they still wasn't done. The waiter tried her best to fix the issue as it wasn't her job to fix it. She was sweet as can be. The cook didn't show up. So the manager was back there cooking. So you would think that the food would be better than that right. Especially for $49.08. That's expensive to have food you can't eat right.

My question is what are you going to do about it? This was totally wrong. If we wanted a meal that we could not eat we would have went back to where we ate yesterday.
