Sam's Club

I purchased a vizio tv in May 2015 and the protection plan by Square trade which had a 4 year and extended 1 year for Sam's plus members. The brochure states they would send repairman to your home within 24 hours. Upon contacting Square trade they informed me they would reimburse me but I had to contact my own repairman. The problem there is I could only find 1 repairman in the next county and he could not get to it before May. I contacted Square trade to see if they could provide a serviceman since that is what the brochure offered but they refused stating that in the 5th year they did not have to honor
that. The brochure did not have any exclusions in it. I just wanted you to know what kind of protection plan you are offering your customers is deceptive. I would have expected better from your company!
