Aldi - Clancy's chips

I don't have a clue as to why the following complaint was not accepted by you, If it was because I didn't provide a date, it is because it is an ongoing problem - meaning it happens every time we buy the product. I don't see where I have violated any of your guidelines.

An ongoing complaint I have about Clancy's potato chips is that they are unduly broken into small pieces. Something is wrong in the handling of these products that causes them to get so damaged. It is not just the nature of the product because the competition does not have the same problem.

We deal with the store in Portage, Wi.

Desired outcome: I just hope someone looks at the problem since it is so consistent with this product. Since my original "complaint" was rejected for some unknown reason, I would like a response.
