Regarding whirlpool model WDT720PADM2, serial number F63808678
purchased [protected] with 4yr extended major appliance repair plan,
sku 475-9975. Have included a document that details expiration of plan on 8/22/2021. Already needed repair in 2019- instead of replacing as promised, repair was dispached four to five times over a month. In which time two disabled people did not have access to washer. Now, system not draining. When inquiring on repair plan told that, plan is not active due to a sent check in 2019 for 247.17$. Check did not include information detailing cancelation of repair plan. No letter explaining what the check was for. No explanation that by sending the check, the plan would be cancelled. WCPS claims account, was the only info on check. A forced cancellation on the part of Menards. Menards should have replaced washer from the beginning, and now to say the plan is cancelled because an anonymous check was sent, with no explanation, is unethical, unprincipled and unscrupulous.
