Kwik Trip

When I opened the door to exit the store, a chain that was hanging down struck me in the left eye. I believe the chain was hung to keep the door swinging open if the wind catches it.

It is a safety hazard. The more I thought about it, if I was a couple inches taller it could've hit me in the mouth a chipped a tooth.

I stopped back at the store to let the clerk know what happened and suggested they did something about it as it is a safety hazard. The clerk said she would mention it to the first shift employees when they came in. Apparently they don't care about the customers, because the chain is still hanging there.

I feel like I need to take this further as it feel like there is something in my eye. Not sure what. It might just feel this way from rubbing it as it didn't good getting hit by a chain. If anything you would think it would be covered with some sort of sleeve.
