Menards

I am writing abut the return policy for siding. The order number was 3047679. it was for 150 pieces of D5 Monogram Cypress siding. I just had my house sided last year so I knew I needed the D5. I also knew it wasn't Dutch lap. I ended up with Dutch lap D5. The La Crosse store said it wasn't their fault. I don't believe it's my fault either. I have spent over $40,000 at Menards in the last year and more through the previous years. I've had good workings with your company but to penalize me 25% restocking fee (@ $600). That's a lot of money to me. Please refund me the restocking fee.
