Mastercraft

We recently purchase a Mastercraft Exterior Door from Menards which was custom ordered thru Midwest Manufacturing. We received the door after taking out our front door and notice there was a crack in the window on the sidelight. We contacted Menards they said to fill out a complaint. We did. Nothing happened. We installed the door by a professional contractor and he notice the door was warped on the top an bottom. We contacted Menards they said we did it in delivery of the door. How can we warp a door in delivery? So we contacted Midwest Manuf and they said to do a warp test with a string - we did. The door is warped 3/16 of an inch on the top and bottom. I have submitted the results to them over a week ago. No answer from neither Menards or Midwest. I keep contacting them and no ansswer. We paid $1700.00 for a brand new door and got a warped door with a crack. There is no way we cracked it or warped it. The crack is on the inside of the window and was sealed up in a box. All we want someone to do is acknowledge they sent us a faulty product and replace it with a new door. We cannot take the door off because it is my front door and was custom ordered. We need them to order us a new door and give it to us - they can have the old one back. I even contacted the better businees bureau now and am contemplating hiring a attorney.
