SW Engines is not only a ripoff but very poor customer service. Sent emails and never get replies. Called again today regarding parts that were broke and same thing, talk to trucking co. which I have a million times. No one wants to claim responsibility. Paid SW ENgines extra for residential delivery and then the driver calls and says he won't drive up my driveway then only do curbside. Needless to say I never had the chance to inspect it since it had to get delivered elsewhere to be able to transport to my house. The guy in parts department I just talked to after telling him I was calling the BBB and attorney general, told me if I do that they aren't going to help me. IS THAT A THREAT? Stay away from this company.
