I have been taking my friend and neighbor Jeanette Welak to the "Hearing Life" Center in Beaver Dam, WI 53916 and I go in with her to every appointment and even when she goes in to see the Professional Dennis. She got her hearing aid ok and everything was going ok until about January of this year when she started having problems with the hearing aids. She has the rechargeable hearing aids. Originally she was told the batteries should last a year and then the batteries only started lasting about 6 weeks to 2 months and they said they were having trouble with the batteries.
I toook Jeanette over there 2 weeks ago and Dennis said that she needed new batteries again but they only had 1 battery and she really needed 2. They gave us the 1 and I put it in for Jeanette when we got home. She had 1 working for about 2 or 3 weeks and now today that battery started going out because she had to recharge it at 2:00 pm when they were only in for about 6 hours. At the present time she only has one battery working part of the time and the other one doesn't work at all because we don't have a battery and they are out and have been out for more than 2 weeks. When you spend as much as she did for these hearing aids she shouldn't have to go without a hearing aid. What is going on. Jeanette knows that I am sending in this complaint.
