I went to the Appleton Boot Barn location around 3:30 PM and I was not greeted or helped. All of the employees stood around gossiping. One employee whose name is Hannah sat there and was flirting with a male coworker expressing how she gets drunk all the time, and how she really likes him and how she’s so happy they met. It was honestly disgusting. I don’t care if y’all have feelings but do it somewhere else and not in the middle of the store where customers can hear you. This location was amazing when it first opened and now every time I go in, I hear the employees talking about how much they hate this person or this and that. The only employee that actually keeps me shopping at this store is the manager. I wanna say her name is Ally, but I am not sure. She is by far the best asset Appletons Boot Barn could have.
Desired outcome: I would like corrective action against Hannah to keep personal feelings out of customers ears. The manager deserves a raise. The amount of times I have seen her have to remind her team that they are working.
