Ramada - cleanliness of hotel and room

Recently stayed in this hotel. Ramada is a well known hotel and this particular one was $215 for one night stay. What I found was horrible for the Ramada name. Pool and hot tub were non usable, carpets have not been cleaned, room had food on walls, blood stain, semen on bed skirt and throw pillows, mildew shower curtain, and garbage still in the trash can. Will not give me any compensation or return my emails or calls.
