Fred Meyer

Sunday, 4/24/22 went to fred meyer to do a groceries pickup and then remembered that I had a free item to redeem, so I went inside the store... That was the mistake... I had my paperwork with me that I printed from home on my computer from the site that listed all my coupons and free item... And it all was loaded onto my rewards card that I slide on the machine at the checkout... But this time it did not redeem... So I asked and was told to go to the customer service desk... Then "d" did not want to accept the paperwork that had all the pertinent information and krogers names printed everywhere and the items and my card number... And she still remained adamant not to accept... And her comment was the most offensive..."I cannot give you something for free just because you said so"..."maybe try another box, I don't know"... Such a great response from someone working at the customer service desk... So unprofessional and not abiding to the stores policies or regulations... And they did not have to talk about me as I left... I heard them whispering...

Been going to this store since 1999 and no one ever should be treated/discriminated like this...
