Lowe's

They are crooks! Do not do business with lowe's. Two months after 67' of fence installed, and they still won't fix it and tell me the bs warranty they offer won't cover the repair of the fence that wasn't installed correctly because... Get this... The part I would need to stabalize my fence because it just swings at the bottom was not written up when they did the parts so the install is considered complete. Are you kidding me? I'm supposed to know what parts I would need for an install of a fence I hired lowe's to do? I asked for a breakdown of materials/labor etc and for the last two months have never been given one. Now they send it to me showing the "part" they would need to stabilize my fence wasn't in the original bid... Who's fault is that? So now after weeks of saying they will come out and fix it are telling me to kick rocks. It took me two years as a single mother to save up for a fence and now they do me like this. Beware. There are so many reviews like mine all over the internet. Also, their reputation is so bad that there is even a website created called "lowe's installation sucks" google it and you will see many many many reviews that should scare you away!
