Firestone Complete Auto Care - Services they charged me for and did not do / services that I did not ask for

Invoice 273192 vehicle inspection 21.99 and care package 9.99 I did not ask for / and I know that they did not do because after this visit I had to take my car somewhere else to be fixed. I did not need my battery check (I have a new one) I did not want my tires rotated. I had to come back and have them rotated back. They said I asked for my struts mounts to be looked at. I did not ask, but I did ask if they would look at the other ball joint. Which I know they did not look at cause I need up taking my car some where else to havey ball joint replaced and my mounts. Had to pay for alignment only to have to get another one done because they did not do there job. This was taking placed 6/9/23. They have done nothing about this invoice. There is a picture of a invoice on work I had to get done after they charged me to look at my car said nothing else was wrong, but there was.

Desired outcome: I would like to not have to pay for something they did not or even ask for . 9.99 , 21.99 also the alignment 109.99 . Because they did not do there job .

Firestone Complete Auto Care - Over charged for labor and a service they do not have the machine to do.

Went in to have water pump replaced and the coolant system flushed. I dropped the off the car at 11.05 am they called me at 1.37pm told me my car is read. I decide to check the check the receipt and found that the time was of. They charged me from 11.05 am to 1.57 pm. but they told me my car was ready at 1.37pm. I did talk to Alisha, she told me that they only charge for the time they work on car not when you leave it there until they are ready to work on. Then I thought I need check the coolant in my car found out it has not been changed. Went to talk to manager Jack Kay I. This is how I found out that they do not have a machine to do the flushes, so it was not done. He did offer to give $70.99 but would not pay me for the labor.

I had to pay $415.78. That when he told me that they charge 170.00 per hour for just to put water pump on car. So, they straight out lied to me about doing a flush on my car.

Desired outcome: I do not want to pay for the time my car sat waiting to be repaired or for work that was not already done. Why is it ok for them to do this to people? And why can't something be done about this?
