Hooray Health Care

On 7/28/19 I received a call from 214-997-6241. It was a pre-recorded message, with the speaker identifying himself as Troy with HoorayHealthCare.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of Assurance Insurance of Bellevue, WA. Later, I was able to confirm that the call came from their Dallas, TX office. This was confirmed by a live person who identified himself as Brian. I am on the national DO NOT CALL Registry. This call violates the TCPA and my privacy rights under the DNCR.
