I visited your store 4225 Wytheville Va. today at 4:40 pm server 1287 Daniel

I ordered the brisket plate, which looked very good on menu and asked what kind of bread they served, the server told me I could order bread sticks extra charge, I ordered the bread sticks for 4.99. I do not understand why you do not get bread with the meal anyway.
My meal was brought out, the brisket looked nothing liked advertised on your menu, thick cut slices layed out nicely on plate, instead my slices were so thin they actually curled up and would not lay flat on the plate, I tried a pc. or 2 and the meat was too tough to eat,
The server came back by and I asked him for a check and told him about the meat and he said he was sorry and would tell kitchen.
I was not asked if I would like to see a manager or anything, I gave him a card and he tried several times to process and it would not work, I gave him another card and it worked, his machine was faulty because I had heard him have same troubles at other tables.
Terrible meal and service here, suggestion : stop serving the brisket plate until you can actually fix it correctly.
