Food Lion

I went to store 0093 in Wytheville, Va to pick up some Duchess 2% milk and there was not any on the shelf. I went to the back and there was a person of management & stock clerk unloading a Food Lion truck. They both were unloading the truck working fast. I stood close to where they had to pass me and I waited to be acknowledged. They passed me about 3 times each and no acknowledgement. I went to the front office and told the person there what had happened and I asked her to see if there was any milk available. She did promptly and brought out the milk. She was very courteous and prompt. She explained that the driver had only a certain about of time for unloading, I told her without customers they do not need truck drivers. ALL I WANTED WAS TO BE ACKNOWLEDGED THEY COULD HAVE SAID IT WOULD JUST BE A FEW MINUTES OR THE NUMBER OF PALLETS LEFT TO BE UNLOADED. My ticket number was 0146, 10/16/15 time 14:13:54
