National Tire & Battery [NTB]

Made a friday 2pm diagnostic appt. Dropped off car and was told they could only diagnose AC issue, if I wanted them to check ANYThInG else then it would be another full engine diagnosis. I asked bc I am having idle issue as well... yet it would be another 100+. So, just ac being checked, they promised me a call that day.. nothing. 545pm I call back only to hear that there was only "2 mechanics and they were behind" but Saturday it would be done for sure. So Saturday 1pm rolls around. No call. I call and get an estimate from Nadine. Pssh. She left out hundreds of dollars. The way she made it sound was 780-850. I walked in on SUNDAY, not Saturday (as promised 2xs,) to get car..$1194. Now I Know ac compressor is not cheap, but don't quote me wrong, then have me waiting 2 days for my car which they never called and told me about (I always had to call) then I pick it up and power steering resvoir is empty found out that night when my car almost crashed n pump could have been ruined. The car doesn't even seemed fixed. Worse now than when I left it. Smh. Christopher Dwyer should not be managing that store. I just think some kind of discount for false estimate and 2 days of no calls should warrant some kind of discount. Rude office.
