Panera Bread

My last visit to my local Panera was so disappointing! For years now I've visited Panera for lunch, dinner, etc.

On May 22, 2023 my friend and I decided to have a light dinner. I ordered the usual Fuji Apple Chicken Salad, with extra pecans, cheese, dressing, everything extra but the chicken. When I went to pick up my order it didn't have the extra dressing I had ordered. When I sat down and looked at my salad... well, it was pitiful! The bowl was only maybe one third full... only maybe 7 lettuce leaves, and the rest of the ingredients were sparse. The extra items I paid for were not there! In fact, the amount of the usual ingredients were lacking!

I paid almost 19.00 for a drink and this salad and feel like it was a huge ripoff!

Additionally, I had the baguette which is suppose to be one-half; it looked like it was only a third of the loaf and not the half. Such a disappointment! I've been a frequent customer at this Panera but after this last experience, I won't be eating there again.
