Stearns & Foster

I purchase a kingsize mattress in 2009 Stearns and Foster, on each side the mattress where we sleep it leaves a depression that does not come out, when you make the bed you can still see it, we complain and they replace us with a new one on November 2010. Now with the new one it has done the same thing, depression on both sides you make the beds with a big depression in it. The man told us to upgrade and spend $500.00 dollars more, but I spent $2, 000.00 for this one and I can't spend more money and this happens again. When I bought the mattress I had not planned on buying a stearns and foster but the salesperson said this was the best mattress now I'm not so sure. This is the first time I bought a kingsize now I wish I had bought a queensize maybe it would not have had the depression in it. I'm not sending pictures as I have sent them before, you should have them in my file. Could you send someone out to check the mattress, the problem is the amount of money I have spent we are very unhappy with the mattress. Thank you Barbara & Charles Edwards
