Plato's Closet

I received two completely different shoes and did not realize until I put both shoes on to go to work and I realized they were not the same shoe. I went back to platos closet to just hopefully receive the other shoe and was told "it's somewhere in the back" and there is nothing they can do. This is completely ridiculous and I understand I did not have a receipt present at the time but the least they could have done was found a match for at least one of the shoe. Never shopping there again.
