Wells Fargo

I'm sent a government check monthly from DCSE; on Friday 2-10-12 there's a sudden policy change. I'm held up in line for minutes and was told by Wells fargo manager that as of last month their policy was changed as far as cashing my check. Two months ago I had no problem cashing the check, this month a change? I was told by the manager that, "You need to open an account with Wells Fargo so that I will not have to go through this delay of thumb-printing." Government does not need Wells Fargo's name on our checks since they have made it impossible for mother's to cash their checks, women have children to support and you have made it a sudden policy to open an account first? I find this to be an outrage...
