Our plans changed, because of illness, for Christmas dinner. I tried to place an order online and could not complete it (the submit button did not appear on our screen). I called and was told it would be no problem. When my husband went to pick up or order he was told it had to be preordered. Timothy came by and sad no problem and told the clerk to go in the back and get the turkey breast. Unfortunately it was dry and not enjoyable.
We also purchased ham salad that had an overly smokey flavor. We have purchased the ham salad before and it was quite good.
We have had sandwich lunch and also have purchased the turkey in sliced packages and the turkey has always been moist and tasty.
It was such a disappointment to purchase something that did not meet expectations. It made for a less than enjoyable meal at a costly price.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund.
