I have shopped at Kroger's for years, I don't work there therefore I am offended you expect me to ring up my own food, in addition you now have pickers in the stores trying to fill phone orders and they are rude, taking over the isles and they ant allow u to get to the food, I will start going to food lion we're I am treated eight respect and get a live person to check me out, you are on the way out of business...
